I had a great experience here; everything was excellent! The location is perfect, right by the sea front, and close to the promenade, Penzance center, and a variety of amenities like shops.

Hot drinks and yoghourt and fresh fruit.

Very clean beds, central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set in the room.

The staff here are so helpful, they even took care of the parking situation on the street. 🅿️ I stayed in the family room which had a really big bedroom with its own spacious bathroom – it was great!

The hotel is fabulous and pretty and in an excellent location happy to provide early breakfast on the day that we had to leave early to catch the ferry. The staff are amazingly nice and excellent, giving their best to make the stay a such great experience. The ambiance is family. The breakfast is absolutely superb, offered with fresh croissants, fresh fruit plus a proper coffee machine.

We liked having a family room with a private bathroom and full cutlery.

My room was a good size and had a nice, breezy feel to it. 🌬️ It also had its own bathroom with smoke detectors for safety. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making everything just perfect.

The accommodation here is fairly clean with friendly staff and a great location near the ocean.
